SIMON STRATTON

Simon's passion for movement encapsulates a number of disciplines and practices. Parkour, Natural Movement,Handstand, Gymnastic Strength and mobility all weave their way into his coaching. He still trains with practitioners from across the globe developing his own movement practice and refining his coaching methodology.

CHRIS ETCHELLS

Chris's approach combines movement with mobility, functional strength training and a healthy dose of play, helping you discover a genuine love for moving your body on a consistent basis. Chris will challenge your body in new ways and help you move, feel and look your best.

ABI HARDY

Abi is a friendly and approachable trainer who tailors each session to meet the needs of the client. Her sessions are fun and varied whilst educating the client how best to achieve their specific goals. Abi also has experience training clients during pregnancy and beyond.

MATT DOWSE

With a background in semi-professional rugby atRichmond and Rosslyn Park, Matt's approach has a strong grounding in strength and conditioning. Matt's other passion is cycling with expeditions including USA coast to coast, London to San Sebastian and Land's End to John O'Groats to London.

BAZ MOFFATT

Baz draws on 20 years experience as an elite athlete, extensive PT training, a deep knowledge women's health and her own personal experience of being a mum of two young boys. She works exclusively with women training them from the inside out, establishing a robust and resilient core on which to build health, fitness and strength.

TOM WRIGHT

Tom is a strength and movement coach who specialises in weight loss transformation. He has been helping men and women lose weight, have more energy and move better for over 5 years. A friendly and knowledgeable coach who you can trust to help you reach your goals.

EMILY POINTER

Be happier, healthier and stronger in life. Em turns exercise from something you have to do into something you want to do. Transform your physique with her challenging and effective workouts, encompassing lifting and bodyweight strength training.

OJAY KEEN

Ojay will challenge the way your body moves and performs. Through a goal oriented approach, he will take you out of your comfort zone and help you push your limits through expertly tailored programming that will force you to adapt and improve your athletic performance and have you training harder and smarter than ever before.

LAURA MILES

Laura delivers challenging and individually tailored training sessions with a focus on fat loss and metabolic conditioning. She provides practical and workable advice as to how your fitness goals can be achieved in the quickest and most efficient amount of time.

SAM TYSON

Sam has been teaching movement since 2012 and is a certified , Animal Flow © instructor, Reformer Pilates teacher and AcroYogaDance teacher. Sam studied martial arts, competed in Fencing and long distance running, and trained in ballet and modern dance at the Conservatoire. He is currently also training in rock climbing and acrobatics.
