At Local Motion your consultation is FREE, and provides an opportunity for us to meet and discuss any issues, or answer any questions you may have in relation to Local Motion or your training.
Assessment
During the assessment we will look at the following aspects of your physical fitness:
- Posture
- Strength
- Core Stability
- Flexibility
- Joint Strength
- Cardiovascular Fitness
- Body composition analysis
Programme Design
Prior to your physical asessment you will be asked to fill out a lifestyle questionaire which will provide us with vital information to help you achieve your goals. A custom made programme will be designed and tailored to your specific needs, which you will be taken through step by step.
Nutrition & Wellbeing
We will discuss nutrition, and the vital role this will play in your wellbeing and the achievement of your goals. We will look at your diet, sleep patterns, and daily routine so we can make suggestions with regards improving your lifestyle. This will help you maximise the benefits of your training and attain optimum vitality!
