Katie has worked with children and families in different capacities for over 15 years. As a therapist she specialises in helping children to process difficult life experiences or feelings via talking and creative means (i.e. via play and drawing). This has impacted on her own approach to parenting and led Katie to establish Roots Parenting Support.

HANDSTANDS & COFFEE
We are pleased to announce the launch of a monthly handstand clinic for all those wanting to learn handstand or those looking to master it! Handstands and coffee will run every month and be delivered by a guest coach from different backgrounds including CrossFit, Movement, Yoga, gymnastics and more….

FUNDAMENTAL FIVE – AN INTRODUCTION TO BODYWEIGHT TRAINING
This workshop is perfect for beginners who would like to start bodyweight training.
We will cover what we consider to be the fundamental five elements to create a strong foundation for developing bodyweight strength and creating optimum body awareness.
We will cover a multitude of topics in this five hour workshop including movement, mobility, programming and form ensuring you leave with all the tools necessary to start your journey into the exciting world of self mastery!

LM RUN CLUB
Run club is hosted by trainer Matt Dowse and is open to all levels. It runs between 45 minutes to 1hr and includes interval training and witty banter galore!

GIRLS WHO LIFT
This class aims to debunk the myth that lifting weights will make you look like a man! As more and more women are heading to the freeweights area, Abi Hardy is on hand to coach you the fundamental elements to help you hone your technique on the bar. Whatever your ability there is a class specifically for you. This is a semi-private training group and a maximum of six people will be allowed in each session so as to maintain the quality of the coaching.
