Girls Who Lift 2 hour Beginners Workshop
Date – Sunday 6th May
Time – 1-3pm
Become strong, empowered and confident whilst getting fit, burning fat and sculpting your body. This 2 hour workshop is suitable for those who have never lifted weights before or for those who are new to weight training. Think squats, deadlifts, chest presses, pull ups are more. Maximum of 6 people.
